Why I Love Lacrosse

Lacrosse is a huge part of my life. Playing for Rutgers gave me the chance to play a sport I love while receiving 2 degrees. More importantly, playing lacrosse has taught me how to be a leader, how to be mentally tough and has taught me lessons that have helped me after my athletic career was over. It has given me the confidence to face any challenges I may face in life. Most importantly it gave me a family. There is no better feeling than playing with your family and taking on challenges and celebrating successes together. Even after your athletic career is over, it’s a part of your life forever.
